Meditation and Visualizations
Brian LukeSeaward, Ph.D.
Meditation: It's not what you think! I first began meditation when I was 14 years old. Back then I didn't know to call it meditation. It was just a way to relax from all the chaos of life and bring myself back to a place of inner peace. When I began to teach stress management classes, I sought out various meditation exercises to share with my students. My first relaxation CD was produced in 1990 in conjunction with my book, Managing Stress. Since that time, I have collected several other meditation exercises and some in turn came to me while meditating including the Crystal Cave, Celestial Heavens and Seven Veils Meditation. This collection was inspired by the many people who repeatedly asked that I record the favorites that have become popular over the years. The practice of meditation requires discipline. Life is a journey which passes through many seasons of change. In these times of change may this CD serve as a tool to strengthen your spirit and help you return to your place of inner peace. Best wishes and inner peace,
